I've got two new dreams for you this evening: an epic, and a mid-length dream. This is quite satisfactory work for one night, and I can't help feeling that I'm being underpaid.
The dreams came after staying up until all hours, watching the splendid Robert Redford film, Quiz Show. I loved this film when I first saw it, and to see it again (this time in its entirety) was worth staying up for. I cannot recommend it enough.
A film that I can recommend enough is About a Boy. However, enough is quite a lot. It's a funny film, despite the presence of monologues from Hugh Grant and the munchkin-title-character, and a silly ending which we've come to expect from Nick Hornby. It's worth watching, I suppose.
I'm on holiday, so I'm going to go tomorrow and hopefully come home with a job. Chance'd be a fine thing....
Cheers,
Derek.
